Vernon's body contouring program uses two US-FDA approved technologies for non-invasive fat reduction and skin tightening:

VelaShape: Combines infrared light, bipolar radiofrequency energy, and vacuum suction to heat fat cells, stimulate collagen production, and improve lymphatic drainage. The treatment reduces circumference, improves skin texture, and reduces the appearance of cellulite. Each session covers specific body zones — abdomen, flanks, thighs, or arms.

Cryolipolysis (Fat Freezing): Based on the principle that fat cells are more susceptible to cold damage than surrounding tissue. Controlled cooling crystallizes fat cells, which then undergo apoptosis (natural cell death) and are gradually eliminated by the body over 2–3 months. Each session can reduce fat in the treated area by 20–25%.

Important medical context: Body contouring is not a weight loss solution. These treatments are designed for people at or near their target weight who have localized fat deposits resistant to diet and exercise. Our doctors evaluate each patient's BMI, fat distribution, and realistic expectations during consultation.
