Why start 3–6 months early: Most effective dermatological treatments require multiple sessions with healing time between them. Collagen remodeling takes 4–8 weeks. Pigmentation correction requires 4–6 sessions. Starting early ensures you see results well before the wedding, with time to adjust if needed.

The Vernon Bridal Protocol:

Phase 1 (6 months before): Foundation
- Comprehensive skin analysis with our dermatologist
- Blood work for nutritional deficiencies affecting skin and hair
- Begin addressing primary concerns: acne control, pigmentation treatment, or hair quality improvement
- Start home skincare regimen with medical-grade products

Phase 2 (3–4 months before): Active Treatment
- Pico laser or chemical peels for pigmentation and even skin tone
- MNRF for acne scars or skin texture (if needed)
- PRP/GFC therapy for hair quality and volume
- Glutathione IV drips for skin radiance (weekly)

Phase 3 (1–2 months before): Refinement
- HydraFacial and medi-facial sessions for hydration and glow
- Botox for forehead lines, crow's feet (if desired — 2+ weeks before for natural settling)
- Profhilo for overall skin quality
- Final peel for brightness

Phase 4 (1–2 weeks before): Final Glow
- Gentle HydraFacial (no aggressive treatments close to the date)
- LED light therapy
- Final IV drip session
